If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, we offer a 28 day return window from the date of purchase. Just get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will send you all the information you'll need to complete the return.
Please remember to include a note with your order number, and if applicable, what you would like in exchange so we can quickly process the refund or exchange when the parcel arrives back with us.
All returned items must be in the same new condition they were received in. Items must be unwashed and unworn, without any marks or stains.
We are unable to assume responsibility for shipments lost or damaged upon return to us, and you the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you send an item back for a refund, we aim to process it as soon as the item arrives back with us. The refund can only be sent to the original payment method. In some cases, a refund may take up to a week to process depending on which bank it is. PayPal refunds will be processed immediately.
