Where do you ship?
We offer delivery to most countries around the world. When you place your order, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on your location and order size. If you are unable to complete your order, unfortunately this means that we don’t ship to your country of residence at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, through Stripe and Paypal to ensure the highest level of security.
Can I make a change to my order, my delivery address or just cancel the order?
If it’s within two hours of purchasing or it’s not showing as dispatched, you can email us at email@example.com and we may be able to stop the order. In this case, we can easily amend or cancel it. If the shipment has already been processed, then check out the Returns page for what to do next.
My parcel has arrived, but it’s wrong?
We work hard to ensure that every order sent out is perfect. In the unlikely scenario there is an issue with the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible for you.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, we offer a 28 day return window from the date of purchase. Simply head over to the return portal.
If the wrong item has been sent, or if the item is damaged when it arrives, there is no need to start a return. Please contact us at email@example.com with your full name & order number and we'll take it from there.
Exchanges - We are happy to cover the cost of postage if you choose to exchange the item. All you need to do is visit the return portal, select 'exchange' and follow the steps.
Refunds - Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of postage for the return if you choose a refund. Please visit the return portal, select 'refund' and follow the steps.
All returned items must be in the same new condition they were received in. Items must be unwashed, unworn, without any marks or stains although it is absolutely fine to try the item on.
We are unable to assume responsibility for shipments lost or damaged upon return to us, and you the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs where this has been returned for a refund.
If you send an item back for a refund, we aim to process it as soon as the item arrives back with us. The refund can only be sent to the original payment method. In some cases, a refund may take between 3-7 business days to process depending on which bank it is. PayPal refunds will be processed immediately.
